adakah anda mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat?

jawapan sy semestinya 'YA'. *katakan 'YA' kepada yakult*
oh,ok..selingan je tu.iklan-iklan.
padahal kalau kt hostel, xpernah pon buat cmni.
aktiviti yg paling syok-gila untuk d lakukan pd waktu pg (kalau xda klas) mahupun petang ialah ta-ya-do, atau nama yg lebih saintifik adalah 'tidur = sleep'.

sambung lagi.
untuk entry yg lepas, i've told u guys about my routine during this holiday.
one of it is, jogging.

selepas seminggu,,

mood hari ini : teruja sgt untuk bercerita.

dah lama sgt-sgt x update blog neh,
hari ni mood bercerita tiba-tiba melintas mcm jet persendirian lalu kt dpn mata..

oh,ok.abaikan.
setelah seminggu bercuti semester, kini berada di rumah dgn relaxnya.
duduk goyang kaki je mcm org kaya, tu tipu.
mcm biasa, sbg seorang anak dara + bakal tunang + bakal isteri, kegiatan di rumah adalah seperi kaum wanita yg lain.

selalunya, org bangun pagi mcm biasa la kn.

solat subuh..berkemas.
tp bg saya, ada lg satu aktiviti tmbahan yg perlu diselitkn di situ iaitu joging di pagi hari.
lokasi = tempat joging area UPM tu. xda idea apa nama tmpt nya.
masa = 7.30am (lpas ameen pergi skolah) - 9.00am

tp mcm hari ni,balik lmbt sikit sbb ayah ada terapi + senaman dgn trainer dia.
selalunya, ambil masa dlm 30mnt b'joging keliling taman.
kalau penat sgt, sure xsmpi 15mnt pon da surrender.
cuba kalau ada lelaki2 kacak yg b'joging juga sblh ikrima neh, mmg confirm dia joging smbil tenung muka lelaki tu je. xkesahla berapa lama masa yg d ambil kn.
waah!cmni ke perangai sy, skali-skala je cmni.
kalau selalu, baik je. jalan pon tunduk bwh,xberani nk pandang dpn.

ok2,da- smbg lagi,,
lepas hbs semua tu, kami b'3 ke restoran yg terdekat untk sarapan pagi.

mkn sekejap je,xlama pon.selesai mkn,destinasi yg dituju adalah rumah manis rumah!
heh, bila d translatekn kpd bhs eng, dia akn jd home-sweet-home.

masuk je rumah, terus menuju ke bilik, bukan untk mandi atau apa. just nk sejukkn badan sbb lepas sesi menyejukkn badan, sy perlu berkemas rumah.
mcm biasa, we'll start sesi mengemas dgn dimulakan d bhgn ruang tamu ye anak-anak.
kemudian, ruang istirehat, ruang makan, dapur dan akhir sekali baru bilik-bilik yg tersedia ada.

da hbs menyapu, kita kena mop pula. bab mop ni, bkn bole buat suka hati je,
kena ada skill sendiri, selalunya bila mop lakukan secara melintang sbb ia boleh memerangkap habuk2 yg sedia ada.
serius! petua ni d ambil time tuisyen al-bukhary kt sekolah menengah dulu. selingan semasa dia mengajar.
ingt lagi nama yg ckg yg ckp petua tu. nama die teacher sherie aka sharifah zukhaireen shahabudin bt syed zulfida.
hah!amik ko,pnjg kot nama dia.
thanks to her, ada lg satu dia ckp kalu nk bersihkn cermin, seelok-eloknya gunala suratkhabar. da lupa la plak apa sbb die. nnt i'll try to recall balik ye sbb2nya.

ok,cukup sampai di situ untk aktiviti d waktu pagi.

d waktu tghari pula, biasala time cuti-cuti ni lmbt sikit mandinya.
kdg-kdg pukul 1 baru nk masuk ke bilik air yg hebat tu, da la ada bath tub + jakuzi + swimming pool. semua ada la, ok,tu pon tipu.
lepas selesai mandi, tnggu nak masuk waktu solat zohor plak.
smbil2 menunggu waktu, sempatla gak buka fb, formspring, jd silent reader blog org (eh, kantoi).
kdg2 on9 smpai ke ptg.
cik zah ada gak ajak lepak ngan die kt lua rumah, kalau da bosan sgt menghadap laptop ni,br la klua amik udara yg xberapa nk segar.
cik zah pena gak ckp:

cik zah : ima ni asyik duduk dlm bilik je menghadap laptop, jiran2 pon xtao yg ima ni da stat cuti ke belom.

cik ikrima : //mampu senyih cm kerang busuk je//

kalau korangla jd jiran aq, mmg sah korang xkan nmpk muka yg cute ni dok lua umah.
klua rumah pon time pagi sbb nk menyapu laman, xpon ptg sbb berborak ngan mak, mak jiran atau nenek dpn umah.
tgk >> member borak d waktu petang pon org tua.
tengok tv, lg xmenarik. da biasa kn diri kt hostel dgn xmenonton tv, cmni la jadinya.
apa ke menda sinetron ke, drama yg d siarkn d mana2 kaca televisyen ke, mmg x dpndg oleh 22 belah mata la.

nak tao aktiviti mlm plak, surela seronok,happening gilaa

malamnya plak, aktivitinya adalah = on9 lagi..hahaha..
happening kn, buletin utama ke apa ke, sah x dilayan.
selalunya time tido pukul 12 dan ke atas. tgk movie dlm laptop, itu yg terbaikk wokk.

this semester were quite challenging than before. it were full of assignments + assignments and assignments. i would've to said that im scared to faced this sem pointer, but nvm i already done my best towards all the assigmnt.
wish i can maintain my pointer for this sem *crossing finger*.aminn..

ok, let move on to other story.

i've to attend lots of event this sem. one of it will be trip to Singapore which on 22-25th May. im goin there with the collegues ( winner of KASUKMA for last sem)
KASUKMA = sport event that involves all the mara college which includes the KPM(kolej professional mara) and KM(kolej mara). our college has won the 1st place, by that our director have promised to bring us there.

but, i can't follow the trip as i got some reasons.it will b personal reasons.
so, trip to Singapore is cancelled (by myself). to others, enjoy ur moments there, don't forget to snap pics kiddies. (:

REDO session will be on(30th May - 2nd June)
Location : college again

what a life, during holiday pun kena g college.
what for? repair assignment again.

along that,she bring the present which is the blackberry pearl flip 8220, which this brand not yet release in M'sia, this phone was imported from Singapore as a gift for the quite well result that i get last semester..

our journey begin part 2,,

on the 13 March 2010,,

we've decided to hanging out at KLCC..
out from KPMB at 2pm because of what??

it is just because of the replaced classes that i need to go..

nevermind,the plan to go there still on..

waitin for a bus about 30minutes or almost 1 hour,,
and i was sweating,y i was sweating,want to know about it??
because of this >>

lol,,wearing jubah while the weather in M'sia was hot..we are not in UK nor North pole..and the jubah is black~
but, i would like to give a simple reason here..

jubah is the easiest clothing to sarung,,juz button up n thats it..u r ready to go out..
im sure all of ya have this perception popping into ur mind >>

my college has a rules that all the students that live in the ostel (residents) need to wear a formal outfit when u want to go outing..
*perghh,,kolot gila kolej nih*,,oke2,i realized that,its a rules,just follow it.
da nme pon kolej nih under MARA, student dpt elaun,tinggal kt asrama free,,no need to pay anything like others..
our registration fee is affordable and one more thing we doesn't need to pay anything when we've finished,,graduated..
once again,no need to pay anything!!
so,apa lg,,ikot jela rules tu..

tu sbb la sy pki jubah time nk klua tuh,,to lazy on iron-ing the baju kurung.

we make our way to the food court upstairs..
find a place for us to sit.

septotnya nk tgk alice in wonderland but the ticket was fully booked..

rental fees = rm70 per day..

kami smapi kt tekala around 9, then mandi-manda smpi kul 11am..
selesai m'buat tranformasi (tukar bj)
heading to metropoint kajang to have a lunch.
mkn cpt2 coz need to sent my bestie kt hentian kajang,bas ke ipoh pukul 2..
selesai anta my bestie, anta nadia kt ktm plak,die mao pulang..

lpas je anta sume, kami b'4 (aten,kecheq,biela n me) ke mines,mao menonton wayang-alice in wonderland tp full gak..
akhirnya kami membuat keputusan untk menonton book of eli..
best gak movie tu..
kami pulang ke KPM kul 8.30pm,blik ostel,tukar baju, turun ke cafe untk mkn bersama..
berborak dgn panjang lebar hingga xsedar da pkul 10pm,

waaa~journey yg sgt best bersama mereka!
